Fence Inspect Qld provides a quick, stress-free service to conduct pool safety fence inspections to ensure compliance against Queensland's Pool Safety Laws. If you are selling a property or intending to rent a property containing a pool, you will require a Pool Safety Certificate (Form 23). If you own/manage a property with a shared pool, you will require an annual Pool Safety Certificate. By November 2015, all pool owners will need to be sure their pool is compliant and even though a Pool Safety Certificate is not required to check for compliance in this instance, Fence Inspect Qld provides a service where on site verbal advice can be given to assist the property owner to make sure their pool fence complies.
